Please note purchased items after 30 days have gone, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In order for your purchased item(s), to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  As well as in the original packaging. Gift cards are non- returnable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Due to our products being handmade, all sales items are final and non-refundable.  Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification acknowledging return received.  You will also get a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days depending on your banking institution and original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Rustic Barn Craft Co is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.

Tracking Your Order:
